Top Eleven Supporters Clubs are groups and spaces where Managers gather to discuss the game and football. If you have a group/space/channel that brings these Managers together and would like to become one of the Top Eleven Supporters Clubs, read on and fill out this form.
In your application we would like to know your age, location, Top Eleven Manager ID and your Supporters group. Please let us know why you would like you & your group to become a Top Eleven Supporters Club, your plans for the group, and tell us about your passion for the game and football. 🙂
