Hi Managers,
With the release of Top Eleven version 5.13 we will unfortunately stop supporting Android versions below 4.1. This is necessary in order to improve gameplay and stability, and to add new features unsupported by older OS versions.
The minimum Android version supported from now on is 4.1 (Jelly Bean), with RAM memory over 512MB. This means that we will stop supporting Android versions 4.0.3 and 4.0.4.
Managers who have Android versions 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 will be able continue playing the current version of Top Eleven until mid-September, when we will have a forced update. From that moment on, they won’t be able to play any version of Top Eleven on these devices anymore.
In order to continue playing Top Eleven, please mind these notes:
1. If your device supports a higher Android OS version, you can update it. In order to do that, please check your device’s Settings menu and click the Software Update or similar button.
2. If you are unable to update your Android OS version and you are:
2.1. “Playing as Guest”: All Managers playing on devices with OS versions lower than 4.1 who can’t update and are “playing as Guest” should connect their teams to Facebook or Google+ (Android) as soon as possible. Then, they can continue playing with their clubs on another mobile device or through the browser version of the game. Please remember that connecting your team to Facebook will grant you some extra tokens for free and will ensure you can play on any supported platform.
2.2. Playing with Facebook or Google+: Managers using devices with an OS version lower than 4.1 and who already have their teams connected to Facebook or Google+ won’t need to worry about losing their teams, but to play Top Eleven, they will either need to use a device matching the minimum requirements, or play the browser version of the game.
In all cases, remember that only clubs connected to a Facebook account can be accessed on web browsers.
