E enquanto n\u00f3s fazemos o nosso melhor para encontrar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para cada problema, h\u00e1 maneiras de voc\u00ea &#8220;ajudar-nos a ajudar voc\u00ea&#8221; a ter uma resposta r\u00e1pida e eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Ao enviar um ticket, quanto mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es voc\u00ea der, melhor. Por favor, diga-nos o seu problema em detalhes. Por exemplo, n\u00e3o apenas diga &#8220;Meu jogador n\u00e3o recuperou-se&#8221;, mas sim &#8220;Meu jogador n\u00e3o recuperou-se quando eu usei os tratamentos ontem \u00e0s 2PM. Isto tamb\u00e9m significa que seu problema ser\u00e1 resolvido mais rapidamente. O in\u00edcio de cada temporada tamb\u00e9m pode fazer que as respostas demorem mais, mas voc\u00ea nunca esperar\u00e1 mais de 2 dias \u00fateis. Por isso \u00e9 importante que voc\u00ea proveja detalhes, j\u00e1 que ningu\u00e9m gosta de esperar o dia todo para receber mais perguntas que poderiam ser evitadas.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o seu ticket recebe uma resposta, voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 notificado via email, por isso voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa ir sempre ao site. Certifique-se de que o email n\u00e3o termine no arquivo para spam. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o receber a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o como esperado, acesse o site e veja l\u00e1 as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Depois que o ticket for fechado (pelo Atendimento ou por voc\u00ea se o problema for resolvido), voc\u00ea pode avaliar o servi\u00e7o prestado.
