Dear Managers, as you know, sharing your ideas, feedback and problems with us is really important to us, as it helps us improve our game as well as your player experience. Up until now, you had the opportunity to contact our teams through our support page and our forums, and today we are really happy to introduce a brand new way of communicating with us: Top Eleven Support on Twitter!

After setting up our official Facebook and Twitter pages, we created this feature as a way for you to find solutions to all your issues in a quick and simple way so you can enjoy Top Eleven even more! To get the most out of our new Twitter Support, there are a couple of simple rules for you to follow:

Remember to only share your private information (such as your phone number, Facebook ID, etc) in direct messages so it is only visible to yourself and the Support agent.

Always try to explain your issue with as many details as you can and remember to send us a screenshot whenever you can! The more precise you are when reporting your issue, the quicker we will provide you with a solution.

The Twitter Support is available from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 2pm (GMT), so there might be small delays in answering the queries sent over the weekend.
